BLUE Eyeliner
Looking to add pep to your peepers? Try blue liner. This bold yet (totally!) wearable trend makes the whites of your eyes appear whiter. The result? So fresh and fabulous, you may not even need that morning latté.

PERFECT the Base
Refresh, refine and protect with Skintangible SPF 30 “BBBB” Cream (BB But Better!). Next, apply Skin-The-Bluff Concealer under the eyes and around nose. Disguise any “quirks in progress” by spot treating areas requiring more coverage.

BRIGHTEN Lid Space
Brush on the pearlescent pink of Two True Hues Eyeshadow Duo in “Roses & Bon Bons.”

BLEND YOUR Blue
Use the Two True Hues Eyeshadow Duo “Sea & Sky”. Blend the darkest hue (“Blue Velvet”) with a small amount of N1 Skin-The-Bluff Concealer. Dip an angled brush like Skintelligent Beauty Eye Definer Brush into this creamy, pigmented paste and gently swipe along lash line working toward the outer corner of your lashes. What’s awesome with this technique is you can blend your own signature color! For example, try “Truequoise” from the “Life’s A Beach” duo for a sweeter hue, or blend in a green from “Shaken & Stirred” for an enchanting aqua.

FINISH Strong & Sweet
Apply a few coats of our ever-popular Ooh-La-Lash! Volumizing Mascara and a neutral or baby pink gloss like our Lip Gloss in “Slip” (always a fan favorite; plus, it’s dye-free!)

Use Skintangible for natural coverage topped off with So Fine Pressed Powder. Matte skin made a comeback this season and is a soft counterpoint to bright pops of color. But keep it fresh and modern — instead of patting it on with a sponge which can make the complexion look opaque, brush on your powder with our large Skintelligent Beauty Powder Brush.

You’ll need two Eyeshadow Duos: Two True Hues in “Sea & Sky” and “Elemental Beauty.” Brush “True Bl-ooh” on the lid up to the crease. On lid’s center, add yellow-gold “Sunbeam.” Blend well, extending to inner corner. Smooth in “Blue Velvet” along the lid crease, moving from the lid’s outer corner inwards. Blend upwards towards the brow bone to soften. Line upper and lower lash lines with Blue Velvet (see steps on left); draw a slight wing to give the eye lift.

Cheeks get a two-pink gradient flush: Skin Bloom Blush in “Georgia” on the apples with “Pant” on cheek bones. Finish off with Lip Gloss in subtly orange “Can-Can.”

Tip: With a look this vivid, keep hair ultra-sleek, clean and simple.
